While the majority of our phone prices are the same as our in-store prices, the ‘Online Exclusive’ deals are not available in-store and only available for online purchase.

Yes, once your order is completed, you will receive an An Post tracking number. You will then be able to track your order here.

We have lots of offers for those switching from another network to Three. To get the offer, choose the phone and plan eligible. Then select 'Keep your number' at checkout, and verify the number you want to bring to Three. Discounts will be applied after verifying number at checkout.

Yes you do. To be eligible for the offer your top-ups must be of an amount sufficient enough to activate your plan.

You will receive your credit at the start of the following week.

No, you can use your credit back for things like boosters or add-ons. You can also use it to purchase apps, games and more via 3Pay!

Yes, it will expire after 30 days.

After 31 December 2023, there will be no further credit issued after you top up.
