If you order before 3 pm, Monday to Thursday, we’ll do our best to get your phone delivered the next working day. Sometimes this may not be possible due to logistical issues. In such a case, it should take no more than 3 working days.

While the majority of our phone prices are the same as our in-store prices, the ‘Online Exclusive’ deals are not available in-store and only available for online purchase. 

Our phones are delivered securely to your home free of charge.

Yes, once your order is completed, you will receive a DPD tracking number. You will then be able to track your order here.

We have lots of offers for those switching from another network to Three. To get the offer, choose the phone and plan eligible. Then select 'Keep your number' at checkout, and verify the number you want to bring to Three. Discounts will be applied after verifying number at checkout.
