How to pay your Three bill
To make paying bills easy, Three offers a number of different payment methods. This allows customers to pick the method that’s most convenient for them. If you’d like to understand more about your bill, check out your bill explained.
Direct Debit
Not only does a direct debit give piece of mind it also saves you money. Accounts without a direct debit automatically receive an administration fee of €4.57 applied to each bill. Setting up your direct debit is a simple process all you’ll need is your bank details (like your account number and sort code or your credit or debit card depending on which you’d like to use for payment).
My3 App
Your direct debit can be made through the My3 app 24/7 with just a few clicks. Just login to your My3 app, select Bills (at the bottom of the screen), select Set up Direct Debit and follow the prompts on screen.
Three website
Customers can also set up a direct debit through our website. Just log in to your My3 Three account, click Set up direct debit on your dashboard and follow the prompts. Alternatively, instant payment using a credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is also available from your My3 dashboard.
Phone
Prefer to set up your direct debit over the phone? Simply calling 1913 and follow the prompts to speak to an agent. You’ll need to have your bank account details or your credit or debit card to hand. To see customer cares opening hours have a look at our contact us page.
You can also make a once off payment by calling 1913.
Online Bank Payments
A standing order payment can be made through your bank; all you’ll need is your Three account number and Three’s bank details which you can find in your bill. Please keep in mind it will typically take three working days for the payment to be processed by your bank.
Pay by card
A credit or debit card can be pre-registered to make payments on your bill, by calling 1913. Payment is processed instantly but requires you to call each time you wish to make a payment. Setting up your payment by direct debit might be an easier option. If you use the My3 app or desktop site, you can also use your card to pay your bill at any time. Log in and click “Pay Now” for the desktop site, or select “Make a Payment” on the app.
Post Office
You can always pop into your local post office to pay your bill. All you will need to do is log in to your My3 app, click View Bill, then Full Bill, and the post office staff will scan the barcode, allowing you to pay over the counter.
