How to move your phone plan from prepay to bill pay
Are you a Three prepay customer who’s tired of having to top up every 28 days? Have you considered moving to bill pay? Three offers a wide range of phones and inclusive plans.
There are a few ways to move from prepay to bill with Three. You can complete the move yourself through your My3 account, login to the Three website or your My3 app. If you’d like some help, contact our customer care team, either our messaging team, by calling 1913, or popping in-store. Switching to bill pay through My3
Switching to Bill Pay through your My3 account is pretty simple. Log in to My3 or open your My3 app, move down the page till you see ‘Looking for an upgrade’ and click Bill Pay. All you need to do now is select your phone and plan and follow the prompts on screen.
