Existing Customer Offer (LOM2) ("the Offer")

The following terms and conditions apply to Three’s LOM2 offer (“the Offer”) and are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the Three Service (including but not limited to those set out in the Smallprint guide and in the Price Guide including the Bill Pay terms and conditions of service and the terms and conditions of your price plan). In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
 
1. The LOM2 offer is open to existing Three Bill Pay MBB customers on Broadband Active or Broadband Pro plans who sign-up for a new Bill Pay/Flexifix contract with Three. The benefit is a €50 (inc vat) discount (the “Discount”) from the new Bill Pay/Flexifix contract.
 
2. Subject to these terms, existing customers must meet Three’s Bill Pay eligibility criteria and sign up to a minimum term agreement on direct debit to be eligible to avail of this Offer
 
3. The Offer is applicable for existing Bill Pay MBB customers who take any Bill Pay/Flexifix handset contract (excluding upgrades).
 
4. The Discount is applied in month 4, when 3 bills have been paid.
 
5. Any remaining Discount credit after month 4 is paid in full will be used towards paying the bill for month 5.
 
6. Both the existing and new account must not be in arrears at time of 3rd bill. If either account is in arrears then the Discount will not be applied.
 
7. The Discount cannot be used against the upfront device cost from the sale.
 
8. This offer is available to customers on our Broadband Active and Broadband Pro plans only (excluding SIM-only).
 
9. The Offer cannot be used for new non-Three customers.
 
10. SIM Only customers are not eligible to avail of this offer.
 
11. There is no cash alternative.
 
12. Offer is available in Telesales. Retail and Online.
 
13. LOM2 Discount cannot be clubbed with any other offers for example GRA, 3 F&F, iPhone on Mini Flex Max 18/24 months, Telesales exclusives.
 
14. Not applicable to business or NBS.
 
15. To avail of this offer when buying online customers must complete the following process in the order form:
 
In the “Please select a promotion” drop-down column select “LOM2
 
Please then type your Three account number in the field below “Please select a promotion”. Your account number is a ten digit number beginning in 8 which you can get by viewing your Three bill or logging into My3.
 
Finally, in the “Are you an Existing Customer?” drop-down column select “Yes” and type in the phone number of your existing Three account (this starts in 083 and is available via My3 or from the top of any of your Three bills).
 
16. Three reserves the right to withdraw the Offer either generally or in respect of any particular customer at any time and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any time without further notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Three for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.
