WiFi Calling

1. The terms in this agreement are between you and Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited (“Three”) regarding your use of WiFi Calling (the “Service”) and are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of the Three Service.

2. The Service: WiFi Calling allows you to make and receive calls in any location in the Republic of Ireland that has a WiFi network available, even if there's limited or no Three mobile network coverage in that area. The Service is available on certain mobile devices only.

3. Emergency services: Please note that if you make an emergency call when using the Service, your phone will attempt to make that call using an available mobile network only. If there’s no mobile network available, the call will route over WiFi where possible.

4. Service Availability: The Service will initially only be available for Three customers with certain devices having an Android operating system and is not available to all Three customers. In addition the Service is not compatible for customers with the Three Mobile Call Recording service or on Three’s corporate private network service.

5. Charges. In the same manner as a voice call over the mobile network, any voice calls made using the Service will deplete the voice bundle allowance included with your Three price plan. If you exceed your bundle allowances, you’ll be charged for a call using Wi-Fi Calling at the same rate you would be charged for a call over the mobile network as set out in the Price Guide for your Three price plan at https://www.three.ie/legal/pricing.html Although Three does not charge for data usage when using the Service, the provider of the WiFi network being used may charge you. Please check with the WiFi provider for details of any additional charges that may apply Roaming. The use of the Service while roaming on other mobile networks is not supported by Three. 

6. Service Limitations. The service is dependent upon the Wi-Fi network. You acknowledge that there are factors outside of Three’s control which will limit our ability to provide theis Sservice to you. Three cannot guarantee specific levels of performance and the call quality will depend on the number of other devices connected to the wireless internet connection. Please note that calls made over Wi-Fi will be disconnected if the Wi-Fi signal is no longer available.
