Three+ competitions

When the winners are selected, we match their Three+ IDs with their contact number, and our Telesales Team gives them a call. 

Here’s the thing: if you don’t answer, our team moves on to the next number and so on, until we have a winner. This is common practice right across many businesses. You can put our Telesales number 061-203660 in your phone contacts in case the call comes through.

When we contact the winners, we gather all the necessary delivery details. If you have won a digital voucher, the standard delivery is by email, which means  keep an eye on your mailbox, including your spam folder. Physical vouchers are sent by post and phones are delivered by courier. There may be delays; however, we aim to have your prize delivered to you within 3-4 weeks. 

If you have won tickets to the 3Arena or 3Olympia, you won't receive physical tickets. Instead, you'll receive an email from Three, which will include steps on how to claim your tickets at the venue. You will receive this email a week before the event takes place.  

The process for contacting winners begins at the start of the following month. For example, January’s winners are contacted in early February, and then February’s winners are contacted in early March, and so on. You can find the list of winners published around the 20th of each month on the Three+ competition winners list. 

It’s the luck of the draw. Three+ competitions open each calendar month, and because of their high popularity, you're up against many entrants.

While it can be disappointing not to win, it's always worth entering the competitions to see if this month will be your lucky one!
