Yes! The process is completely free. Once you sign up for trade-in, we will send you a package to send your phone, with shipping included on us. If you decide to cancel the process and want to have your phone returned, we’ll do that for free too.

Depending on your phone’s condition, you can make up to €800* when you trade in. To learn how much you can get for your phone, get an estimate.

You can still do your bit for the planet by recycling responsibly (and free of charge) through our partner Fonua. We’re also happy to return your phone to you if you would prefer to keep it, free of charge.

You can trade-in your device even if there are scratches. The value will depend on its condition. However, our partner won't accept cracked devices. 

When trading in-store, the process usually takes less than an hour.
When trading in online, the process takes on average less than 2 weeks in total. We’ll send you the package for shipping within 3 working days, and once we receive the phone and value it, it can take up to 7 days to receive the payment in your bank account.

The amount that we quote on our site is an estimate based on the condition of the phone. Once we inspect the phone closely, this estimate can change if there are any faults with the phone. If you’re unhappy with the amount you would receive upon selling your phone you can cancel the process and we will return your phone to you for free.

We will send confirmation emails during the process to let you know what stage in the process your phone is at.
