Damaged, lost or stolen your phone, here's what to do...
Claim online - submit your claim for damage, lost or stolen phone here, our new claims portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online claims will be assessed in real time and we’ll be in touch with you to agree the next steps for your claim.
Damaged Phones
Submit your claim via our online claim portal.
Online claims will be assessed in real time and we’ll will in touch with to agree the next steps for your claim. If your claim is approved, we will be in touch to arrange a courier to collect it.
If the phone is beyond repair (e.g. – in pieces or crushed) send it to Phonecover after submitting your online claim after receiving confirmation your claim has been approved.
We’ll also provide a basic loan phone if requested.
Repair of the phone will take 5-7 working days on receipt of the damaged phone.
Lost Phones
Make sure you contact us to suspend your SIM on 1913 within 48 hours of loss/theft.
