The Three My Pick Extra Rules are in addition to the General Terms for Services and any other terms provided to you. The following Extras are available to customers on eligible price plans. Your Three My Pick Price Plan may permit the inclusion of one Extra as part of the monthly charge. Some Extras are also available as paid-for Extras.

International Talk Extras

The 2 hours International Talk Extra and 30 minutes International Talk Extra are available for calls to international landline and mobile numbers whilst in the Republic of Ireland. A minimum of 1 minute is used for each call. Standard rates apply when your 30 minutes are used. This excludes calls to all other numbers including, roaming premium rate and other call types. Please note you should request that any barring of International services are removed from your service before availing of this Extra. The 2 hour Extra is available as an inclusive Extra on Three My Pick 800 and above. Both 2 hour and 30 minute Extras are available as a paid for extras. Free evening and weekend Calls

The Evening and Weekend calls Extra can be used for calls made to any Irish and EU mobile or landline from the Republic of Ireland and EU, between the hours of 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday, and from 6pm on Friday to 8am Monday. The Extra excludes calls to international numbers, premium rate numbers, directory enquiries and all other call types (such as 1890, 1850 fax and data calls). This is not available as a paid for Extra.

Three My Pick 1200 and Above

Off-Net Evening and Weekend Calls

The Evening and Weekend calls Extra can be used for calls made to other Irish and EU mobile networks or Irish and EU landlines from the Republic of Ireland and EU, between the hours of 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday, and from 6pm on Friday to 8am Monday. Three to Three calls are not included in this Extra. This Extra excludes calls to international numbers, premium rate numbers, directory enquiries and all other call types (such as 1890, 1850 fax and data calls). Charges apply if you take this as a paid for Extra. This Extra is only available on Three My Pick 800 or higher. See www.three.ie for charges.

Three to Three calls and texts

The Three to Three calls Extra is for calls to Three Ireland mobile numbers and voice mail whilst in the Republic of Ireland. Three to Three texts are for texts sent to Three mobile numbers whilst texting from the Republic of Ireland. The Extra excludes all other call and text types such as premium rate, landline, roaming, international and other call and text types. A fair use policy applies. On Three My Pick500 and above this Extra is the default inclusive Extra. This is not available as a paid for Extra.

Three My Pick500 and Above

You will lose any inclusive Extras if you move to a Three My Pick Price Plan that does not permit that Extra. There is no carry over of allowances. You cannot have multiple versions of the same Three Extra on your Mobile Service. You can change your inclusive Extra once per billing period and this will take effect from your next bill cycle date.

The combination of the following Extras is not permitted

  • The Free Any Network Text Extra with an Off-Network Text paid for Extra, or

  • The Evening and Weekend Calls Extra with the Off-Net Evening and Weekend Calls paid for Extra, or

  • The unlimited Three to The unlimited Three to Three text Add-On with the unlimited off network text paid for extra

Three My Pick Extras Fair Use Policy

It is important to Three that all eligible customers are able to access our services and usage of Three My Pick Extras is reasonable and fair. If, having considered the average high usage of calls and texts by customers, Three is of the reasonable opinion that your usage of the Services is excessive, then Three may contact you to advise you that your usage breaches the fair use policy and request that you alter your use of the Services. If the excessive usage continues to exceed the threshold after we contact you and discuss your excessive use of the Services, Three can (at its discretion): (i) impose further charges, or (ii) transfer you to a different Price Plan which does not include unlimited texts or calls, or (iii) suspend, modify or restrict your use of the Services or (iv) terminate your access to any or all of the Services.

The Service must not be used under any circumstances (i) with any SIM gateways, GSM gateways or any similar device that is used to route (or re-route) voice, text or other service on, from or to the Three network, or which diverts / transfers calls to multiple mobile numbers or (ii) with any device for the purpose of sending or receiving large volumes of text messages, or (iii) to provide any telecommunications services to any third party whether by way of trade or otherwise, or (iv) in any other manner that adversely impacts the Three network for other Three customers. Three reserves the right to terminate your access to the Three network without notice where it appears to Three that you are using, or have used, the Services in this or in any related manner.

Amendments to Price Plans and Price Plan Rules

The Price Plans and Price Plan Rules may be varied or amended by Three for any reasonable commercial, technical or operational reason.
