Annual Price Adjustment

As set out in your contract terms and conditions, we review our plan prices each year and apply an annual adjustment each April to reflect the year ahead.

From 30 July 2025, customers that enter a new agreement for certain non-device price plans (sim only) are subject to an annual price increase of €2.50 inc. Vat.

As customer demand for mobile data continues to grow every year, we need to keep investing in our network to ensure we can maintain and enhance the reliable, high-quality connectivity that our customers expect.

To date Three has invested over €2bn in our business and network to improve coverage, resilience and performance. This includes the delivery of superfast 4G and 5G services, and the expansion of high-definition voice coverage for our customers.

Ongoing investment like this is essential to keep pace with how customers use our network, and ensure we deliver the very best experience, including at peak times. For this reason, we implement an annual price adjustment for customers that helps us to continue this investment and ensure our customers benefit from the market-leading connectivity for which Three is known.

From your April bill, you will see your new total monthly recurring charge, which will include the annual price increase of €2.50 per month. For example, based on a €2.50 price increase, if you are on Three SIM Freedom 24M from 2025 your monthly recurring charge will increase from €27.99 to €30.49. Your discount will continue as outlined in your contract. You can refer to your customer agreement form (CAF) for more detail on your discount.

The date of the annual price adjustment depends on the day you enter into your agreement. The annual price adjustment will apply in your first April bill. Customers who sign up between March 1st and 31st will not see the annual price increase until April the following year. An example – If you enter into an agreement after March 2025, your first increase will be April 2026. If you enter into an agreement after March 2026, your first increase will be April 2027.

The annual price increase of €2,50 applies to customers on the below sim only plans who entered contracts on or after 30th July 2025:
