If it's lost, stolen or damaged, you need a fast, simple solution. That's what you will get with Three SOS underwritten by Zurich Insurance plc. Within 48 hours of loss or theft you must report to the Gardaí and get in touch on 1913 to suspend your SIM. Fill out the claim form and get it stamped by the Gardaí.
You’ll also need to complete and submit a claim form in the event of a damage claim.
Don’t forget – your registered SIM must be in your phone at the time of the incident.

If the phone is beyond repair (eg - in pieces or crushed) - send it back with the form. Otherwise, hold onto the phone and Phonecover will arrange a courier to collect it. We'll also provide a loan phone if required.
Repair of the phone will take 5-7 working days on receipt of the damaged phone.
Make sure you contact us to suspend your SIM on 1913 within 48 hours of loss/theft.
Complete the claim form below, give detailed information on both circumstances of loss/theft. Ensure your form is stamped by the Gardai - for both lost and stolen claims.
Claim will be processed and Phonecover will be in touch to provide a replacement phone, usually within 24 hours of receipt of an approved claim form.
