If it's lost, stolen or damaged, you need a fast, simple solution. That's what you will get with Three SOS underwritten by Zurich Insurance plc. Within 48 hours of loss or theft you must report to the Gardaí and get in touch on 1913 to suspend your SIM. Fill out the claim form and get it stamped by the Gardaí.
You’ll also need to complete and submit a claim form in the event of a damage claim.
Don’t forget – your registered SIM must be in your phone at the time of the incident.

In response to Covid-19, we are now offering a same day replacement service for all insurance claims from policy holders who work on the frontline. Turnaround time for all other policy holders will be 24 hours from claim approval.

To allow you to stay at home in response to Covid-19, we do not require you to get your claim form stamped by the Gardai for loss or theft claims.
Your claim will be processed and Phonecover will be in touch with a replacement phone within 24 hours of receipt of an approved claim form.
