A framework that makes it easier for public sector bodies with an annual mobile spend of €50,000 or less to get the best available mobile rate by availing of procurement for government agencies under a single contract.

The framework provides for a standard 24-month contract period.

Government agencies who qualify to be part of the framework can expect the best available mobile rates. The OGP runs an annual competition with all qualifying mobile providers across customer support, network coverage and commercial rates to determine the best provider.
