Price Plans and Price Plan Rules

The Mobile Broadband Price Plans and Price Plan Rules are in addition to the General Terms for Services and any other terms provided to you as part of the authorisation process completed by you to approve registration and provision of Services.

Please read the Price Plans and Price Plan Rules carefully. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by the terms of the Price Plan and Price Plan Rules chosen by you. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of the Price Plan and Price Plan Rules please do not access or use the Services as your access and use will indicate to us that you agree to the terms stated below.

Price Plan Rules

  • These Price Plans are available to new and existing customers and are subject to status, upgrade eligibility and credit check. A Minimum Term contract applies which is agreed by you when connecting to one of the Price Plans for Mobile Broadband Services. Your agreement may be provided in writing or recorded during a telephone or online sales process.

  • PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your Mobile Broadband Service during the Minimum Term of the contract you will be required to pay the monthly subscription charge which applies to the Price Plan chosen by you multiplied by the number of months (including any part months) that are left on the Minimum Term.

  • Paperless billing is the default billing option for all customers on Mobile Broadband. Direct Debit is required on Mobile Broadband Services.

  • To avail of a Value Broadband Price Plan you must have a Bill Pay voice service and a Mobile Broadband Price Plan on a single bill. If you cancel your voice service or move either service (voice or broadband) to a separate bill (i.e. you are no longer a single bill customer) then the value discount will be removed and the standard rates for your Mobile Broadband Price Plan will apply.

  • You cannot move to the 6 month Mobile Broadband Price Plan until you complete your existing Minimum Term. You can move between other Price Plans when you have completed 6 months of your existing term provided your account is up to date. If you change your Mobile Broadband Price Plan you must agree a new Minimum Term.

  • A 15GB data usage limit applies per monthly bill cycle on the current Mobile Broadband Price Plans and data usage in excess of the relevant usage limit is charged at 2.03c per MB. Unused data will not be carried forward to the next bill cycle. The inclusive data is for use on the network within ROI only and excludes all data usage while roaming.   • Additional charges apply if you use your Mobile Broadband SIM Card for services which are not Mobile Broadband Services. Calls to Irish mobiles and landlines cost 35.58c per minute. For additional rates see www.three.ie.

  • All charges include VAT at applicable rates, unless otherwise stated.

Price Plan Rules

Minimum system requirements may apply. We will use reasonable efforts to make the Mobile Broadband Service available to you at all times but due to the nature of mobile technology it is not possible to provide you with a fault free service. Both quality and availability of the service are affected by a range of factors. To access the Mobile Broadband Service using the Equipment you will need to be in an area covered by the network. Up to date information on network coverage can be accessed via www.three.ie.

Amendments to Price Plans and Price Plan Rules

The Price Plans and Price Plan Rules may be varied or amended by Three for any reasonable commercial technical or operational reason.
