SIM Only FlexiFix Price Plans.

The following terms and conditions of the SIM only tariff are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions relating to both the 3 service and 3 FlexiFix terms.
In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions of SIM only will prevail.
Existing pay monthly customers who wish to move to 3 SIM only must have their account up to date and have completed their minimum contract term.
SIM only customers who wish to cease their contract, port to another operator or migrate to 3pay may do so at any time by giving written notice, which will be effective 30 days after 3 receives the request.
Existing pay monthly customers who have yet to complete their minimum contract term may not change to SIM only until such a time as their existing contract period has expired.
The SIM only tariff does not facilitate subsidised handsets for new connections to 3’s network. However, you may avail of any of the Relax Pay Monthly range of handsets at any time, subject to moving from SIM only to a Relax Pay Monthly contract.
3 SIM Only price plans are subject to contract, status, suitability assessment, and payment by direct debit. You may give us written notice that you wish to end your 3 SIM Only contract or change price plan at any time, and this will be effective 30 days after we receive your notice.
You will be required to pay the applicable monthly charge for your 3 SIM Only price plan until the end of this 30 day period.
If your handset is locked to your existing mobile network you are advised to call your existing provider to get an unlock code for your handset, before you can use your existing phone with your 3 SIM Only service.
Your 3 SIM can only be used in 3G handsets. It is your responsibility to ensure the SIM is compatible with the handset intended for use. Your 3 SIM will be disconnected if used in a 2G handset and you will still be charged for the contract.

FlexiFix SIM Only Plans 25 and 45 Rental Discount Offer January 2010.

The following terms and conditions of the FlexiFix SIM Only rental discount ("the Offer") are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the FlexiFix terms and conditions of service as above. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
The Offer is available to new customers who sign up to FlexiFix 25 SIM Only or FlexiFix 45 SIM Only between the 28th January 2010 and 28th February 2010.
Eligible customers will receive a 10% discount on their monthly rental charge for six months only commencing in month two and ending in month seven. This discount does not apply to any out of bundle usage.
No rental discount will apply after month seven.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 10% rental discount does not apply to FlexiFix customers signed up to a six month minimum term, nor does it apply to FlexiFix 15 SIM Only customers.
3 reserves the right to exclude customers whose account is in arrears or not up to date.
3 reserves the right to withdraw the Offer either generally or in respect of any particular Customer at anytime and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any time without further notice. These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by 3 for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.

Internet Access

3 currently filters sites of an adult nature, Billpay and FlexiFix customers can opt-out of filtering by calling 1913.
