The 3Plus App uses Google Analytics for Firebase. This is an analytics solution that helps us understand how users of the app behave, which enables us to make informed decisions regarding app marketing and performance optimisations. The Firebase Software Development Kit (SDK) automatically captures a number of events and user properties and also allows us to define custom events to measure in app usage and engagement. This provides insights — from summary data such as active users and demographics, to more detailed data such as identifying the most engaged offer. More information is available here: https://firebase.google.com/docs/analytics/. You can use Ads Settings to manage the Google ads you see and opt out of Ads Personalisation.
The primary role of Firebase is to identify (a) what media sources users who have downloaded the app have come from (i.e. Facebook, Google) and (b) what offers and competitions users in the app are most interested in. These analytics helps us understand how users behave, so we can make informed decisions about how to market, deliver and improve the 3Plus app.
Where required, we will provide further information about the use of any additional cookies on a particular website, application or service when you visit that website, application or service.
