02 Interviews

It can be hard to get time off for interviews. That’s why we give you the option to phone, video call or meet in person for your first interview so we can get to know each other. At this stage, we’ll explore your experience to date and motivation for the role.

Top Tip Read the job description and have examples prepared. We want to get to know you and how you work, so be yourself!

All going well we’ll want to see you again! This second stage will be a competency based interview. We want to understand what makes you tick and will explore your preferred way of working. There may be a practical element too, like a presentation or assessment. We’ll give you plenty of notice if this is the case - no surprises.

03 Online Assessment

We work with SHL psychometric tools. You’ll be asked to complete some online assessments as part of the recruitment process.
