Self-install
Our 3Broadband Express plan is a self-install solution. With self-install broadband, installation is easy:

1. Simply plug your hub into a socket using the power adaptor

2. Switch it on and wait a few minutes for your hub to start

It’s worth positioning your hub in a few different places to find the fastest speed possible. There are several apps you can download for free to help you check your broadband speed.

Engineer installation
This is available on our 3Broadband Advanced and 3Broadband + plans. With this plan our engineers will install a broadband receiver on your business and test it to ensure you are getting the fastest possible business broadband speeds.

Yes, we offer a public static IP service for all of our business broadband solutions. A public Static IP will allow businesses to remotely access business systems including cctv. This can be requested at point of sale and our agents or engineers will advise customers of the process for availing of this service.
