We aim to respond on the same day if your order is placed before 4pm. Sometimes we may need more information or documentation from you before we make a decision. We’ll keep you updated via email and may contact you by phone about your order.
Customers who meet our criteria will be approved and we will send out their order. Sometimes, we may require a deposit before we can approve the application. If this is required, our team will phone you to arrange payment by credit or debit card. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your Three account after your sixth bill, subject to terms and conditions.
Unfortunately, some applications may not meet our service criteria and are unsuccessful.

Moving your phone number to Three is easy! Once you have received your new SIM or device simply visit www.three.ie/keepyournumber and follow the steps. Please provide a valid contact number in case we need to contact you. Please be aware that moving your number can take up to 24 hours.

Your order can be delivered to any business or home address in the Republic of Ireland. Enter the delivery address in the ‘Address Details’ form on the Customer Details page when checking out. Note; if this address is different to your billing address please untick “This address is the same as my billing address.” check box before proceeding.
Products can be collected from a 3Store with our click and collect service. Simply select ‘Store Pick Up’ when on the delivery and Payment Method page.
This depends on the product ordered.
Phones and mobile broadband modems We offer next working day delivery by courier unless otherwise stated for all phones and modems credit approved before 4pm. Online orders placed after 4pm will be delivered in two working days. You will be required to sign for these.
SIMs These are delivered by standard post in one to three working days and don’t need to be signed for.
Delays In the event of any delivery delays, you’ll be updated by email and contacted by our support team.
You can track your order at any time. You’ll need to provide your order reference number and surname.
Click and collect lets you order products online at Three.ie or over the phone at 1800-949-546 and collect straight from participating 3Stores.
Pick your product, then under “delivery/store collection” select “store collection” if it’s available. Then you can select the 3Store you want to collect from. You’ll then proceed with the application as normal when you visit the 3Store.
When you arrive, you must bring your order reference number. For bill pay applications, you should also provide the same proof of identity and proof of address (dated within the last 90 days) used in your application.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days (this does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Acts) and receive a full refund under the terms of the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.
You may return your device within 14 days if you have experienced a verifiable network fault confirmed by Three Customer Services.
Firstly, you’ll need to action your 7/14 day return in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Contact us on 1913 and we'll provide you with the, case reference number and device value (you'll need this for your receipt for payment)
We will then direct you to return your device to the address listed below Peel off the return label included in your delivery, attach it to your envelope and return by registered post. Responsibility for the return of goods lies with the customer and Three strongly advises using registered post.
