As part of our on-going commitment to enhancing our systems we’ll be working on an essential system upgrade overnight on 31st August & 1st September 2014 from midnight to 6am. We selected these hours in order to have the least possible disruption to our customers.

How will this affect me?

Prepay Customers

Prepay customers won’t be able to top up or use My3 services to check usage during this time. 

Bill Pay Customers

Bill Pay customers won’t be able to use My3 to check their usage or account details during this time.

FlexiFix Customers

FlexiFix customers won’t be able to top up or use My3 services to check usage during this time. 

Prepay Broadband Customers

Prepay customers won’t be able to top up or use My3 services to check usage during this time. 

Bill Pay Broadband Customers

Bill Pay customers won’t be able to use My3 to check their usage or account details during this time. 

We will not be able to take any payments during the system upgrade.
