To ensure the continued quality of your Three service, we will be carrying out some system upgrades from 8pm on Saturday 18th April to 11am on Sunday 19th April.

How will this affect me?

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited (formerly O2) customers won’t have access to the following online services during this time:

  • MyAccount
  • My3 Dashboard
  • Webtext
  • Top up on three.ie
  • eShop Upgrades
  • Three Community

Three Ireland Services (Hutchison) Limited (formerly O2) customers will also have no access to self-service options through customer care during this time and customer care will be unable to make any changes to your account during this time.
