To ensure the continued quality of your Three service, we will be carrying out some system upgrades from Saturday 13th August 9pm to Sunday 14th August 8.30am.

We selected these hours in order to have the least possible disruption to our customers.

How will this affect me? Customers won’t have access to the following services during this time:

Prepay Customers:

  • Top –up
  • My3
  • Premium rate services
  • Roaming
  • International calls from Ireland

Bill Pay:

  • My3
  • Premium rate SMS services

So, what should I do?

Just make sure you’ve topped up in advance of Saturday 13th August before 9pm so you’ve enough credit to get you through the weekend.

What happens if I don’t top up before the system upgrade starts at 9pm Sat. 13th August?

Even if you don’t Top Up in advance you’ll still be able to receive calls and sms (excluding premium rate SMS as these are chargeable).
