1 These terms are in addition to and form part of the terms of the 3 Services that are contained in the Small Print (provided with your SIM card and also available at www.three.ie) and the Price Guide (see www.three.ie/priceplans). In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail. Capitalised terms in these Terms have the same meaning as used in the Glossary of Terms contained in the Small Print, unless specifically defined in these Terms.
2 This Offer is only available if you sign up as a new customer (“Eligible Customer”) to the Classic Flex Max plan when purchasing certain devices as listed in the attached schedule.
3 Please note that the list of inclusive devices is subject to change at Three’s sole discretion from time to time.
4 Eligible Customers must sign up to a 24 month minimum term and will pay a monthly recurring charge of €30.50 for the minimum term and while they remain on Classic Flex Max. The standard monthly rental of €40.66 applies thereafter.
5 Customers on this Plan are not permitted to move to Mini Flex Max during their minimum term.
