How can I claim?
If you have just realised your device is lost or stolen, follow these steps within 24 hours:
- Mobile phone security can help you located your device and lock it down. Or contact Pier Insurance via http://pierinsurance.com/3/ or alternatively you can call Pier on 1890 930 333.
- Contact Three within 24 hours and we'll block both your SIM and phone to prevent misuse.
- Report the loss/theft to the Gardai within 24 hours and don't forget to ask for the crime reference number.

Lost or stolen abroad?
Don't worry, we can still help you. Just make sure to inform the local authorities within 24hrs and get a police report to support your claim.
