How to top up.

 

Topping up your mobile broadband.

When your free credit runs out, here’s what to do:

  1. Create a My3 account at https://my3.three.ie if you don’t have one already (you only need to do this once.)
  2. Top up your modem:
    • Buy a voucher in a 3Store or at any of 10,000 convenience stores nationwide or
    • Register your credit or debit card at My3 at https://my3.three.ie to top up online.
  3. Activate your voucher (if you’ve bought it in a store) by going to https://my3.three.ie and entering the 16-digit voucher number.
  4. Choose a broadband add-on:
    • Click ‘Buy Add On”, and choose the broadband add-on you want for a day, week, or month.

Important!

If you don't buy an add-on, your internet usage could be charged per megabyte, (which can be a little pricey). To get the best value, make sure you always choose an add-on, and make sure that the "Enable out of bundle charging" box is unticked.
