What is 4G and how is it different from 3G?
4G offers mobile data speeds that are up to ten times faster than 3G meaning that browsing and downloading, streaming and connecting to the cloud are all faster than ever before.

How can I get 4G?
All you need is an approved 4G ready phone and to be in a 4G coverage area. All of our price plans for new & existing Three customers include free 4G access. If you are a former O2 customer you will have received a software update to your phone. Once you have accepted the software update you can then opt in to the 4G promotion by clicking here.
