Siobhan has been leading the 3Plus loyalty rewards programme for Three customers since early 2016. During this time, the programme has achieved a sizeable customer base, growth in customer engagement, and has become a fully margin-generating programme.

Siobhan has over 16 years of marketing experience in the Telecommunications and FMCG sectors, having worked in O2, Unilever, Disney Paris and Enterprise Ireland, before Three. Siobhan is an MBA graduate of Dublin City University and Reims University France, and an Ulster University undergraduate.

The 3Plus team recently completed a digital transformation project, which resulted in a refresh of the programme to be more customer-focussed, and the launch of a new app and device-responsive web platform. Through 3Plus, Three is in a unique position and benefits from leading brands seeking involvement, which in turn benefits Three’s customers. The positive results prove that the 3Plus loyalty programme is driving customer retention and helping Three differentiate from its competitors.
