Head of Business Care at Three
Brenda has overall responsibility for Three’s customer service to business customers, both SME and Enterprise. This includes support for all ICT solutions. She leads the Customer Care team, which consists of 120 agents based in Three’s Customer Care Centre in the National Technology Park in Limerick.

Brenda has worked in Three since 2010, having previously spent six years in O2 and almost eight in Dell. During Three’s acquisition of O2 in 2014, Brenda played a pivotal leadership role in managing our customers through the transition. She is a people-focused, driven individual and holds an MBA from Henley Business School in the UK.
